A complementary 15 minute Discovery Call is available if you have questions before your first assessment.

Step 1:  ASSESSMENT: Book an assessment of your spine, inner core, pelvic and hip girdle with Denise Hollway PT to identify areas that would benefit from resistance training. Begin targeted foundational exercises designed for your body. $130/hour

Step 2: TARGETED EXERCISES: Movement to BUILD STRENGTH: Attend 1-2 sessions with Denise to progress exercises that are practiced at home with video support. $100/45min

Step 3: BUILD MOMENTUM:Core Strength For Life – 4 week program. Progress your exercises, learn new weight exercises andlearn about midlife changes that you can control- with exercise video support. $200/4wkStep

Step 4: MAINTAIN AND BUILD:Maintain all you’ve learned and developed: Continue online (at home) individual personal training OR in person with Kinesiologist Danielle Dubeau for individual or group resistance training – with exercise video support.
